How do I get on your waiting list? |
| You will need to sign the proposal and mail these forms in with a 25% deposit. |
 |
When are you coming? |
| We will contact you a minimum of 2-3 days in advance when possible. Sometimes you will have up to a week or two. Our schedule is always changing due to weather and many other variables. There is a possibility of being re-scheduled a couple of times. We give our best effort to keep in touch with our customers. |
 |
Does the warranty cover cracks? |
| If your driveway cracks within the first year, we will fill the cracks free of charge. Beyond that, cracks are routine maintenance. (All asphalt will crack eventually.) |
 |
How long should we stay off of the asphalt? |
| You should stay off the new asphalt at least two days. During the summer and extreme heat you should stay off for three days. |
 |
What if winter comes before it's been seal-coated? |
| Your driveway will be okay through the winter. You should go easy on the salting of your driveway if it has not been seal-coated. The following spring, make sure you are on the seal-coating list as early as possible. |
 |
Is there anything else I need to do? |
| There is only one thing left to do. We strongly recommend backfilling all asphalt edges. This is the exposed raised edge of the asphalt. There should be black dirt filled in along the edges to the top of the asphalt. This prevents your edges from crushing down if someone drives off the edge. |
